Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, most in-person events are temporarily on hold. We will release a plan to return to in-person events once restrictions are lifted and the congregation feels it is safe to return. At that time we will reevaluate safety precautions such as social distancing and mask guidelines. Below are some of the events we typically hold throughout the year. These events are free and all are welcome!
If you have any questions about any of these events, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Bible Times Carnival: The Bible Times Carnival is a fantastic fall event for families and young children! Attractions include a petting zoo, crafts, food, games, costumes and music.
Church Picnic: Come celebrate pleasant weather with church members and visitors in a casual setting!
Covenant Crafters: In the weeks leading up to Christmas, the congregation gathers to work on holiday crafts and gifts. Join in on the fun!
Playgroups: Parents, grandparents, babysitters and more are welcome to bring their children for a relaxed time of fun and conversation. Coffee and treats will be provided, as well as basic toys, games and activities for the kids. Caregivers will stay and watch their children play. When Fairfax Co. Public Schools are closed for a holiday or the weather, the playgroup will not meet. Playgroup will still meet even if there is a 2 hour delayed start.
Outdoor Services: When weather permits, we occasionally gather outdoors in our amphitheater.
Women’s Bible Study: Our Women’s Bible Study meets regularly, but is currently on hold due to the current pandemic. We will update this page when the Bible study resumes.
