So…what’s for dinner? You are invited to a “surprise” dinner, May 17th from 5:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Diners will be invited to choose their meal from a mystery menu; no one will know what they ordered until dinner is served!
Proceeds in support of Community Covenant’s summer missions trip to Mountain Mission Bible Camp in Jonesville, Virginia. CCC members will be running a camp free of charge for children in need in southwestern Virginia, July 21-24.
Suggested donation: $8 per adult, $4 per child, $25 max per family.

Ministry Team Proposal – A proposal has been put together following our church-wide meeting in late March. Paper copies are available at church or email a pastor to receive a report. In the next few weeks, we will be receiving feedback and suggestions, particularly on the “2 Part Proposal” section, and we will begin “trying out” some of the proposals. If you would like to assist in this work or discussion, please contact a team member or pastor.
Clothing Drive- During the month of May, we will be collecting men’s and children’s clothing, for the Rising Hope Mission. Please donate usable, summer clothing and shoes that are clean and in good condition in the collection bin at the back of the sanctuary to support those in need, who are served by the mission. If you have specific questions, please contact Rob Ericson or Martha Reitman.
Baptism Offered – In June, Community Covenant will have a service of believer’s baptism. For those already baptized, a reaffirmation of baptism ceremony will also be performed. If you would like to participate in either rite as an example of witness to Christ’s work in your life, please speak with a pastor.
A Whole Herd! – Thank you to everyone who donated to Covenant World Relief. We have been able to donate 4 pigs, 4 goats and 77 chickens to people in need around the world!
